A large-format gable wall right on the C-31, seen by thousands of cars a day: wall sourcing, owner agreement, permits and production from a lift.
Large format
We paint gable walls, building facades and large-format walls for companies, property owners and institutions: from the wall survey and permits to the last touch from the lift. One point of contact managing artist, access equipment, neighbours and insurance, with a fixed quote within 48 hours.
Every type of wall has its own logistics, permits and price. These are the four we paint most.
Large format at its purest: 150 to 500+ m² visible from streets, squares and motorways. Needs an agreement with the owner, a lift or scaffolding, and coordination with neighbours.
Residential, hotels, student residences, corporate headquarters. The mural becomes part of the architecture and the building’s brand, with openings and materials the design has to integrate.
Construction hoardings, industrial units, stations and underpasses: dozens of linear metres where mural painting replaces grey concrete and tagging.
When the wall is for a brand, the mural becomes large-format hand-painted advertising. It has its own regulations: we handle them from day one. See advertising walls →
Three large-format projects solving three different problems: a motorway, a residential facade and a brand campaign.
Where it is, roughly how many square metres, and what you want it to say. We reply with artists, a schedule and every cost item on the table. No commitment.

In large format, 60% of the work happens before the first brushstroke. That is why we act as a single point of contact.
Condition of the surface, orientation, access, visibility and ownership. If repairs or priming are needed, you know before the price.
Agreement with the owners’ association or the property, public-space occupation permits, urban landscape rules if a brand is involved, and liability insurance.
Two or three artists with large-format experience; the design is approved on a to-scale simulation of the wall.
Cherry picker, scaffolding or rope access depending on the wall, with certified crews and a safety plan. One to three weeks of painting.
Anti-graffiti varnish at street level, professional photography, making-of video and communication.
As a guide, a medium facade or exterior wall (50–150 m²) ranges from €9,000 to €18,000, and a large-format gable wall (150 m²+) from €18,000 to €45,000, including permits, insurance and access equipment. Singular productions with renowned artists are quoted individually.
What moves the price most is access equipment and the condition of the wall, not the paint. We break it down item by item in our pricing guide. Tell us about the wall and you will have a realistic range within 48 hours.
Yes: authorisation from the owner or the owners’ association, a public-space occupation permit for the access equipment and, if the mural carries a brand, urban landscape regulations. In Barcelona and most municipalities we have the contacts and the procedures down: we handle it for you.
Yes. We work with owners, residents’ associations and property managers who want to bring a blank wall back to life: as an artistic mural funded by an institution, or as an advertising wall that generates income for the community. Tell us where it is and we will assess its visibility.
One to three weeks of painting depending on the square metres, the technique and the weather, plus the preparation (design, permits and setting up the access equipment). You get the full schedule with the quote.
With a well-prepared surface and quality exterior paints, more than ten years with minimal maintenance. At street level we apply anti-graffiti varnish so tags can be cleaned off without damaging the artwork.
It depends on the wall and the street: a cherry picker is faster and cheaper when there is room to park it; scaffolding is the option for narrow streets or very tall walls, and rope access when nothing else fits. We decide during the wall survey and include it in a fixed quote.
