On 7 October 2017, the Tres Xemeneies park in Poble-sec hosted the first edition of Periferia Beat, a festival celebrating hip hop culture in the street. The photo shows an artist painting a geometric colour wheel next to graffiti lettering with Simpson-style characters and the slogan «Pere was here!!».

The festival, born from an alliance between the Hop urban dance festival and the Albareda civic centre, combined longboard competitions, live murals, urban dance and rap concerts. Rebobinart supported it and coordinated the mural side, as it does in many of its festival projects.
