In October 2014, Barcelona’s Sant Martí district opened Plaça Dolors Vives, a new green space with a name of its own. The photo shows the square full of people on opening day: families and children painting boards and canvases on the ground, under the trees.

Rebobinart ran the event with a creative workshop for the youngest residents, whose taking part was meant to begin filling the square with meaning. Giving a public space a name and a life is what we do in our projects for institutions, in collaboration with Barcelona City Council.
