La Marina és Viva — community art workshop in Barcelona

On 15 December 2015, Rebobinart took part in the solidarity day in the La Marina de Port neighbourhood, part of the events for the Marató de TV3 telethon and organised by the local association La Marina Viva. The photo shows a workshop participant, blue gloves on and spray can in hand, filling in a silhouette on a wall already covered in letters and colour.

With the Ludoteca Casa dels Colors play centre and other youth groups from the area, we brought colour to a wall on Plaça de la Marina and finished it with the phrase that summed up the day: la Marina és Viva (La Marina is alive). It is the spirit of the urban art workshops and courses we run in the neighbourhoods.
