Painted advertising in the heart of Barcelona’s Parc del Fòrum: a large-format burst of colour celebrating music and summer, produced by Rebobinart as part of the Monumenta project.

The challenge: making music visible amid the noise of summer

Summer is the most saturated season of the year for brands: festivals, launches and campaigns competing everywhere for the same attention. The «Dale Verano» campaign, driven by Spotify, added one more difficulty: translating an intangible experience — music — into an image capable of stopping people in the middle of the city. No printed banner radiates energy; the campaign needed a piece that did.

The solution: a hand-painted burst of colour

Location: Parc del Fòrum, Barcelona (2023)

This mural, located in the heart of Barcelona’s Forum Park, captures the very essence of music and the passion for it. This burst of colour is much more than just a work of art: it is a portal into the vibrant and exciting world of music, evoking the happiness and warmth of summer in a way that transcends words. Each stroke is charged with energy, transmitting the passion and vitality that music brings to our lives.

In the video you can see the production process of the mural: one of the great values of painted advertising is that the making-of becomes audiovisual content for the brand.

Why it worked
