How we organise an urban art festival

We manage every mural and all the festival communications from start to finish.

1

Concept and themes

Working with the council or the brand, we define the values and themes that will run through every intervention.

2

Artists and locations

We select artists from our network of more than 500 professionals, or run a public open call, and identify the available walls.

3

Visual identity and communications

We design the festival’s visual identity, a dedicated website where needed, and the full communications plan.

4

Simultaneous production

We coordinate all the murals in parallel, handling permits, materials and logistics.

5

Opening party and documentation

We stage the opening with workshops, music and a guided walking route, and deliver professional photography and film.
